A graduate of Florida Culinary Institute, Orlin McLendon started his culinary career at the Ritz-Carlton Palm Beach, a Five-Star Five-Diamond property as Assistant Grade Manager Chef, rising to the position of Restaurant Chef of Ritz-Carlton’s Four Star Restaurant.
Chef Orlin has been honored by serving many high profile celebrities including then President of the United States of America, Bill Clinton, Governor of Florida, Jeb Bush, Senator Hillary Rodham-Clinton as well as golf legends Jack Nicklaus and Gary Player.
Chef Orlin was transferred to the Ritz-Carlton Naples where he served as the Restaurant Chef at the AAA Five-Star Five-Diamond Beach Resort under the tutelage of Executive Chef Lawrence McFadden, C.M.C. In early 2002, Chef Orlin received the great honor of being appointed to the opening team of Ritz-Carlton Jupiter as Executive Sous Chef.

Chef Orlin joined Norbert Göldner in late 2004, Chef/Owner of Café L’Europe Restaurant, a “Fine Dining Hall of Fame” recipient and a 2005 inductee to the prestigious “Ivy Award” society. Café L’Europe still celebrates its success as one of Palm Beach’s premier restaurants.
After several years of serving as Executive Chef at Café L’Europe in 2007 Orlin decided to create a new company called “In Home Dining” where friends could enjoy friends, in the company of phenomenal food and beverage in the comforts of their own home.
In Home Dining proved very successful, leading him to work exclusively for the lovely Céline Dion and her family as their Private Executive Chef, traveling between Florida and Las Vegas as well as many family vacations, business trips and adventures across the world. Chef Orlin choreographed many beautiful, elaborate, always intimate and creative themed parties for the family, their children and many, many friends.

Dinner was sensational. The whole concept was a huge, huge hit with my guests. The gold leaf on the risotto was a wonderful touch. And the risotto tasted delicious. The portions were perfect. The brioche was so good and I would like more of that sometime. The desserts were scrumptious and just the right balance. Everything was just unbelievable.
